Helpful Information for Our Jackman Customers

We are pleased to welcome the newest addition to our branch network – the Jackman office!

We look forward to serving the communities in the Jackman region with the same level of customer service that we offer at all of our branches.

On this page, you will find helpful information about accounts as well as assistance on changing over direct deposit or automatic payments with our user-friendly Switch Kit forms.

Click here for important account transition details.

How to switch your direct deposits and automatic payments:

  • For Payroll Direct Deposit, please complete the “Direct Deposit Authorization" form. In some cases, your employer may require their own form to be used. Print and mail (or deliver) the authorization form directly to the service provider who makes the deposit to your account. You can use this fillable PDF to work from your computer or print the form here.

  • For Social Security Direct Deposit, you may call or we can assist you with your call to the Social Security Administration at 1.800.772.1213 and make your request directly over the phone. Their hours are 7 am - 7 pm Monday - Friday. You may also visit them online at www.socialsecurity.gov and search “direct deposit.”

  • For Veterans Administration Direct Deposit, you may call or we can assist you with your call to the Department of Veteran Affairs at 1.877.838.2778 and make your request directly over the phone. Their hours are 7 am - 7 pm Monday - Friday. You may also visit them online at www.va.gov and search “direct deposit.”

  • For recurring automatic deductions or payments, be sure to provide your new Skowhegan Savings checking or savings account number to your payees. For each payee, you need to fill out an “Electronic Payment Information” form. Print and mail the completed authorization form directly to each company with which you have an automatic payment or deduction. You can use this fillable PDF to work from your computer or print the form here.
