Skowhegan Savings Bank Employees Complete
Integrity Service Training

SKOWHEGAN, Maine - On Thursday, February 19, 2009, nine Skowhegan Savings Bank employees
graduated upon completion of an eight-week in-house Integrity Customer Service Training Program. As part of the graduation ceremony, each employee had to speak to their fellow classmates, supervisors and senior management regarding how they had benefited from the course and applied the concepts learned, and how they would continue to practice the Integrity Customer Service skills when interacting with their customers and fellow employees.

The graduates of the Integrity Customer Service Training Program include: Susie Kent – Teller, Main Office; Matt Smith – Teller, Main Office; Barbara Crawford – Teller, Main Office; Alisha Simpson – Teller, South Branch; Abby Violette – Teller, Fairfield Branch; Anna Underwood – Teller, Madison Branch; Jayne Adams – Teller, Dexter Branch; Deanne Fletcher – Float Teller; Jayne White – Accounting Clerk, Accounting.

"Our Integrity Service Training prepares our employees to provide the best customer service they can and has given everyone a more cohesive advantage as far as dealing with our customers and each other," stated John C. Witherspoon, President and CEO of Skowhegan Savings Bank.

Mr. Witherspoon delivered the commencement address which focused on the successes of the employees and the Integrity Service Program's enhancement of the bank's customer service. Anna Underwood was awarded the Outstanding Growth Award voted on by her fellow classmates. A luncheon followed to celebrate the success of the graduates.
